Tips for Visiting

Best time to visit is during the dry season, from July to October. During that time the weather is sunny and making it perfect for outdoor activities and sightseeings. This also the peak season for tourism and expect some crowds. We visited it in November and it was good for most days.

Yogyakarta is next island from Bali but has different time, religion and language. And is cheaper than Bali. If you are staying in Bali you might consider a long weekend in Yogya. Flight is little over 1 hour and you can get return ticket for less than 100$
